Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Adam,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, I understand that you are the sole Global Administrator of the tenant, and that you have already attempted to contact Microsoft through phone support without success.
First of all, I hope you understand that the moderators and users on this forum are not able to directly escalate your issue to Microsoft's Data Protection team.
However, I have an alternative workaround that you may want to consider:
You can create a trial tenant. Through this trial tenant, you can open a support ticket with Microsoft's Technical Support team and request assistance in initiating the Tenant Lockout Recovery process. After creating the support ticket, you can disable automatic renewal for the trial tenant to ensure that you are not charged when the trial period expires.
To create a trial tenant, please refer to:
Microsoft 365 Pricing for Business: Plans & Features
After creating the trial tenant, please refer to the following documentation for instructions on how to create a support ticket:
Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
Once the support ticket has been created successfully, please follow the instructions in the document below to disable automatic renewal:
Manage recurring billing in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
I hope this suggestion helps you get in touch with Microsoft's Data Protection team so that they can begin the tenant ownership verification process and assist you in restoring access to your administrator account.
