High Contrast Issue with Outlook Calendars

Hi,

We've run into an issue when using High Contrast mode with Outlook. As per the images below, the name that is supposed to be listed in the calendar disappears completely. We are unable to find any fix for this on any PC. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Jake,

I haven't received the update yet, however, based on my experience, it may be a UI bug. So, if it's convenient for you, please try to turn off high contrast when using Outlook as a workaround. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Iry

    Hi Iry,

I've attempted to use the High Contrast Black theme as above but it was already set to use this as standard.

We've tried on 3 different PCs, all of which have the same problem. It is the same for all calendars that are open.

The Outlook version number on my PC is 16.0.10730.20264 32 bit, running on a 64 bit machine.

    Regards,

    Jake

    Hi Jake,

From your screenshots, it seems that the the email address of the calendar disappeared when you set your windows to High Contrast mode.

May I know if you select the high contrast theme as High Contrast Black? Please press Windows logo key  + U to open Ease of Access  settings, then select High contrast, you should see the option "Select a colored rectangle to customize high contrast colors", please try to set as following to check the outcome:

If the issue persists after you tried as above, please provide us your Outlook version. (version and build number under Product Information)

Besides, may I know if it happens all the time (for all calendars) or occasionally?

    Thanks,

    Iry
