Printer Maintenance

Question

How do I configure Windows 10 professional to allow me to use the Printer Maintenance that is needed for my Epson printer.  Print heads need cleaned, the Epsom Software is installed, it reads the printer - just no access to maintenance that I had in Windows 7.

Hi,

As OEM the Printer Maker is responsible for the proper operation of the printer

and their supplied drivers. Check with the Printer Maker's Support, their on-line

documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums (if any).

Good chance you need to update or re-install the latest available driver.

If there are no Windows 10 drivers try the latest drivers that exist.
