Hi, I'm Elise, an independent advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

It is basically a system where you can continue working on a document or app, which you started using on one device and continue using it on another device.

For example, you are editing a document on your desktop PC, and then can continue where you left off on your laptop.

This article gives a good overview of the feature:

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

    What is shared experience?

    Here's a hint: Mine started in a church. 😁

But seriously. In Microsoft-speak, a shared experience is when you start doing something on one device - like your phone - and then seamlessly continue it on another device - like your PC.
