The issue with Tehran time not being DST ruled by I.R. Parliament but Windows time is an hour ahead

Hello,

Recently Iranian Parliament rejected to move forward an hour for DST and the current and correct time is at: https://time.ir

My Windows uses internet time but it is an hour ahead (for example now the real time is 05:50 P.M., but Windows says it's 06:50 P.M.). I tried updating and had no updates, I tried manually changing the NTP server and syncing that which synced but the time did not change.

I also tried changing the time server from default to other like ntp.ubuntu.com, or what are in https://www.pool.ntp.org/zone/ir and it says it's synced but the time does not get corrected.

To confirm that, please change your Windows time to Tehran with enabling DST and compare it to other sites showing Tehran time like https://time.ir.

My current workaround is to turn of DST in my Windows, but are there any solutions for this like updating time servers by Microsoft?

Are there anyways to automatically change the time to correct one rather than changing manually the time one hour before?

I tested the Tehran time question that you responded to here.

I set the region to Iran and change the time zone to Tehran:

Then I turned off DST:

I note that this option is still available, but it doesn't seem to be true because Iran no longer has DST enabled.

This issue should be fixed by Microsoft push update, for faster implementation please visit the link below and comment here so that developers can take notice and push an update to fix the bug as soon as possible:

I understand how you feel. In fact, there was a similar issue with Mexico time zone before, but after Microsoft released a new update, the issue was resolved. So I suggest you wait patiently for Microsoft to push out new updates.
