    Hi Benjaminky,

Good day! This is Jhakesong an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Here is how you can start safe mode via Advanced Options.

    1. Start your computer, interrupt its boot sequence while it is on the windows logo by holding down the power button until it shuts off.
    2. Repeat step 1 at least three times and you will see Advanced Options
    3. Once in Advanced Options, select Startup settings
    4. Select Restart
    5. After the Restart, you can choose safe mode.

You can also try to revert the failed update by doing System Restore from the same Advanced Options screen. Just pick System restore instead of Startup Settings.

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!

Thanks you so much. "Start your computer, interrupt its boot sequence while it is on the windows logo by holding down the power button until it shuts off".

I think that can make my HDD disk will die soon. I hope Microsoft make windows 11 better.

    Hi Benjaminky,

Thank you for the reply. Yes, only if you do it frequently. But at this point, since you are unable to get to normal windows and safe mode, that is how you can get windows to start advanced options and pick safe mode or system restore to reverse what you have at the moment.
