SharedPoint Excel embedview

Question

Hi,

  I'm trying to embed a Excel working into a html page, when I paste the URL

into a browser everything works. As soon as I change the action=default to action=embedview, the

page shows but no longer updates? 

Any sugestions?

Hi Tomas,

May I confirm you are trying to embed an Excel workbook to a SharePoint Online site page but the modified URL doesn't work as expected after pasting it to the Website address or embed code box?

I did some tests with the modified URL (change the change the action=default to action=embedview) and noticed not all contents showing up, but the generated code through clicking File -> Share -> Embed worked normally. Considering the embedded code is the recommended way in SharePoint Online, I would like to suggest you have a try and check the results.
