Hello! I lost my account due to an Hacker so I am Using a School account to Try and get Support for the account

    1. Input “account” and press “Get help”. When the results appear, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Sign in to contact Support" at the bottom of the page.
    2. Log in to an available Microsoft account. Please be sure to log in with a personal account.
    3. Under Products & Services, select "Other Products".
    4. Under Categories, select "Manage account security", and click Confirm.
    5. Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

    Hi Jason,

    I need assistance recovering my old email address, mujtab**********@live.co.uk. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account. I have attempted to complete the Account Recovery form multiple times, but access has now been blocked.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hi Mujtaba,

    I'd be happy to help you, but we can't do anything with your account in the community.

    The recover process requires you to fill in enough information to prove that you are the owner of the account, and since the process is automated, there is no human intervention and the community cannot do anything with your account.

    Please fill out each question, even if you don't know the information, you can guess an answer and fill it in, don't leave it blank.

    The recovery form is available at https://account.live.com/acsr

    If your Microsoft account recovery request wasn't granted, you can keep trying as many times as you want, up to two times per day.

    hola perdí mi contraseña de correo y no he podido restablecerla porque no tengo el mismo numero

    de celular ya que no estoy en el mismo país mi correo que intento recuperar es luis.fon*********@hotmail.com

    ya realice el cuestionario pero me dicen que no es suficiente información soy el propietario de esta cuenta mi numero antiguo es 30***681 y el nuevo es 872***80
