Power Automate & Slack Integration

I see in Power Automate it connects to my Sharepoint account regarding access/permissions.

How does the Slack portion integrate in? I do not see my Slack account as the connector/data feeding in. How does it get the content/post content needed within Slack?

It appears that it somehow just connects into the workspace once it has the url, then approval in Slack app is needed and once accept it functions.

    Dear Technician123,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Generally, you can use the Slack connector with Power Automate. There are some templates here for you to create some flows connecting between Slack and other services.

For example, you can create a flow connecting SharePoint Online and Slack as follows. Yes, you need to approve the app permissions for Power Automate to connect to Slack API to connect to Slack workplaces and SharePoint Online API.

    For your reference: Slack

    Dear Technician123,

    Thanks for your updates.

Yes, in the flow example above, users don't need the Slack accounts. The users only needs to have access to the SharePoint Online list and add an item to trigger the flow and then Power Automate will connect to the workplace in Slack via the API connector to update the item text.

    Thank you very much!

Quick follow-up, so the app is approved by admin in Slack which allows the connection without an account acting as the connection? In Power Automate to connect to Sharepoint locations for example, it needs a specific O365 account. Whereas for Slack integration it connects directly through workspace via being approved by a Slack admin.
