    Dear Mark Nieuwendijk,

    Good day!

Thank you for replying to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

We understand your concern about this feature "Auto achieve "and how it helps you improve your efficiency in a work schedule. you can only achieve emails manually by Archive in Outlook for Windows.

Still, as it is related to Outlook product design, submitting your valuable feedback directly to the Microsoft product development team is strongly recommended by either going to Help from your dedicated App > submit Feedback or posting on Outlook · Community (microsoft.com) for feature requests.

Please note new Outlook is still in active development, right now twenty-five features are in development and fifteen more have started to be rolled out. To check for upcoming features you can check Microsoft 365 Roadmap | Microsoft 365.

Please note that nobody here is the product developer/decision maker and has no control over the product. Everyone, including us as community moderators, can only assist you with the query for providing available solutions and the feature's availability status within our scope and capability.

To check more details about how to submit feedback, kindly refer to this article Learn about how to provide feedback to Microsoft - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Thank you for your time and understanding. For other questions, feel free to add your post to the Microsoft Community team.

    Dear Mark Nieuwendijk,

    Good day!

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.

Based on your post regarding "mailbox size limit in E3 seems 50GB instead of the subcription of 100GB".If you're seeing a 50GB limit on your mailbox despite having an Office 365 E3 subscription, please check and do the following:

    1. Verify Your License: Make sure that your account is indeed assigned the correct E3 license. You can check this in the Microsoft 365 admin center or by contacting your IT administrator.
    2. Check the Mailbox Type: The default mailbox size limit for Exchange Online is indeed 50GB for standard mailboxes. However, when you enable an "Archive" mailbox for your account, the total size can effectively increase. The archive mailbox starts at 100GB and can grow as needed.
    3. Enable Archive Mailbox: If you haven't already, consider enabling the archive mailbox feature. This allows you to move older emails into the archive, effectively increasing your storage. You can enable this in the Microsoft 365 admin center under the Exchange admin center.
    4. Clean Up Your Mailbox: If enabling an archive isn't an option, you might need to free up some space in your primary mailbox. Consider deleting or archiving old emails and large attachments.

For more info: Exchange Online limits.

Please understand that our initial response may not necessarily resolve the issue immediately. However, with your explanation and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for taking the time to be understanding.
