Hi, My name is Ahmet, and I am an Independent Advisor. I hope you're well, I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.
Get Microsoft Accounts:
Create Microsoft accounts for you and your child (if you don't already have one). Make sure your child's account is defined as a child account.
Add Your Child to Microsoft Family:
Open your web browser and go to the Microsoft Family page.(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/f...)
Sign in with your own account.
Click the "Add family members" or "Add family" button.
Enter your child's email address to send an invitation.
When your child accepts the invitation, they will be added to your family group.
Set Screen Time Limits:
Sign in to the Microsoft Family page and select your child's account.
Go to the "Screen time" tab.
Here you can set screen time limits for your child's Windows device. You can set specific hours per day or limit total usage time.
You can also set screen time limits for Xbox devices (if you use one).
Create a Schedule:
Set time zones to allow your child to use the device at certain times of the day.
For example, you can set different times for weekdays and weekends.
Set Screen Time Limits for Local User Accounts
You can follow these steps to set screen time limits locally for a child account in
Windows 10 or Windows 11:
Family Groups and User Accounts Settings:
Go to the Start menu and open "Settings".
Go to the "Accounts" section.
Click the "Family and other users" tab.
Click "Add family member" and add your child's Microsoft account.
Setting Screen Time Limits:
After completing the above steps, go to the Microsoft Family website.
Select your child's account and set screen time limits.
Let me know how it goes and hopefully it will help.
Have a wonderful day.
Yours sincerely,
Ahmet
