I have a situation where Minecraft is in a permanent download stuck loop. I have reset, repaired, reinstalled and minecraft will still not download on my Computer (Win 10). Everything is up to date as far as I can tell and make it. I have noticed a Microsoft 365 is stuck in a download cycle as well and all the resets will not make it better . I have scoured my computer for every part of the old minecraft and deleted it thinking it might prevent it, but it hasn't. My wife has a win 10 and everything works fine on that one so I have no idea what is going on with mine. Any thoughts and questions are appreciated.

Hii,
Open the Command Prompt (as administrator) and run the following commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to complete and restart your computer.
Install the Minecraft Launcher, Minecraft Java, and Minecraft Bedrock.
Try installing Minecraft using the method below.
Java Update

Bedrock: https://launcher.mojang.com/download/MinecraftInstaller.exe?ref=mcnet
And
Download Minecraft Legacy from the link below: https://aka.ms/minecraftClientWindows

Since reset, repair, reinstall, and updates were already tried, the next supported checks are:
wsreset.exe > OK. A blank Command Prompt window should appear briefly, then Microsoft Store should reopen automatically.Because Microsoft 365 is also stuck in a download cycle, this points to a broader Microsoft Store download problem rather than Minecraft only.
If downloads still fail, use the Windows troubleshooting path for Store download failures:
Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore*
Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.WindowsStore* -AllUsers
Then register the Store package for the user:
Add-AppxPackage -RegisterByFamilyName -MainPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe
Important: do not use an elevated PowerShell window for the final registration command unless the goal is to register the app to the administrator instead of the affected user.
winget to install packages where available. Also note: completely uninstalling Microsoft Store is not supported.
If Minecraft still does not appear or install after these steps, the supported causes include region availability, family restrictions, incompatibility, missing device authorization, or the app no longer being available in Store.
