EU-only Azure CDN Endpoint?

Azure CDN IP:s, when geolocated, resolve to USA. We have customers weary of traffic outside of the EU and we were frankly quite surprised when our "West Europe" Azure CDN Endpoint resolved to a US IP address. Are there any options for us to have our traffic not go through US IP:s ?

Hello @Markus Johnsson , Thank you for reaching out and apologies for the delay. As per this question Azure Standard Microsoft CDN uses Anycast IPs, so the POP location IP addresses are the same globally. As mentioned in the question above can you try and locate the Geo Pop Location for this request.
Can you also please tell which Azure CDN standard you are using?

Does that mean that the traffic never reaches U.S hosts if requests are sent by a european client and handled by an european server? We are using the "Standard Verizon" variant.
