Slow network bridge in Windows 10

Hello,
We have 2 PC with Windows 10.
PC 1 : PC with 2 networks adapters
PC 2 : PC with 1 network adapter
When i connect PC 1 and PC 2 directly : the download and upload speed is normal.
But when i create a network bridge on PC 1 :
- if i copy data from PC 2 to PC 1 the speed is normal (>100 MB/s)
- if i copy data from PC 1 to PC 2 the speed is really slow (< 100 KB/s)
Why ? is there something to do to solve this problem ?
