Map the Azure file share to a Windows drive- On VM level not basis on User level access

Folks, I need to provide mapped drive on one of the Azure VM, created the file share on storage account and completely setup is done. I could access the mapped drive on the VM after running powershell script on user level but i need to map the drive on VM level so that all the user connected to this VM can access the mapped drive.

The issue with the user level permission is we have to run the powershell script to all the users who have access to it.
is there any way we can setup?
