I can't reschedule my AZ-900 exam

I scheduled an exam a long time ago via Pearson vue which was always postponed due to corona. Now I received a message 2 weeks ago that I have the exam tomorrow at 3 o'clock. However, I cannot see my certification dashboard for the exam. At the time, I used a voucher that was valid for 3 months, but of course it has already expired. But due to corona it was always postponed so I wondered if I can still take this exam and schedule it at a later time.
