Security issue in Deployment center (Repository url shows password)

Stepso to repro:
1) Select External Git as Source
2) Enter repo url and other required fields
3) Select private repo
4) Enter username/pass

For this example I used @#$passwordExample/! for password

Once you hit "Save", instead of showing Repository url, it shows https://#$passwordExample/!

Hi @DenisIvankovi-6830,

Thanks for brining this to our attention. This is definitely odd behavior. I followed steps you provided to repo the issue but I don't get the same outcome as shown below. When did you first encounter this behavior. Can you please try it one more time and let us know if you end upp with the same result?

Yes, still the same result. Password must contain '@' character (Without @ works fine)

Thanks for the clarification. We are checking internally with our the engineering team to see what may be causing this issue. We will update this thread once we hear back from them

Hi @DenisIvankovi-6830,

Our engineering team is working on this bug internally and a fix will be deployed soon. In the meantime, please avoid using the '@' character.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Grace
