I would like to speak to a representative. This is not an issue I can solve on my own. I have called the HELP line for my laptop company where I have a support membership and they cannot help me.

If email is not syncing on one laptop but is available on other devices, the fastest self-service step is to remove and re-establish the device connection for that mailbox.

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com or Outlook on the web.
    2. Go to Settings > General > Mobile devices.
    3. Select the affected device, then delete the device partnership.
    4. Select Save.
    5. Power off the laptop or affected device completely.
    6. Restart it after a few seconds, then sync the mailbox again.

If the issue is only on the laptop, also verify whether the missing messages appear in Outlook on the web. If they do, the problem is likely with the local Outlook client on that laptop rather than the mailbox itself.

For direct assistance, use Microsoft support through the Outlook.com support entry points:

    • In Outlook.com, select Help on the menu bar, enter the issue, and if self-help does not resolve it, scroll to Still need help? and select Yes.
    • If sign-in is not possible, use the alternate support entry point provided there.
    • Community help is also available through the Outlook.com Community.
