Cant redeem Xbox rewards points in bing app

I have tried multiple times to redeem my Xbox rewards points through Microsoft rewards and the bing app it just keeps putting me through a loop through the bing app back to microsoft rewards

I understand how frustrating it is to be sent back and forth between Microsoft Rewards and the Bing app without being able to complete the redemption.

Please start the redemption from the Microsoft Rewards website in a regular web browser rather than from inside the Bing app. Make sure the browser and the Bing app are signed in with the same Microsoft account. When prompted, select Verify with the Bing app, complete the verification in the app, and then return to the original browser page to finish the redemption.

If the page continues looping, please try updating the Bing app and browser, clearing the browser cache and cookies, temporarily disabling any VPN or proxy, and testing with another browser or network.

Could you let me know what happens after you select Verify with the Bing app? Does the Bing app open only the Rewards homepage, or does it briefly display a verification page before returning you to Microsoft Rewards?

If the verification still cannot be completed, please submit a request through Microsoft Rewards Support. Since this is a user-to-user forum, we cannot access the account or manually complete the verification, while the Rewards team can review account-specific redemption issues.
