I've recently been trying to fix an account on a separate platform, and they say they've sent me a verification code into my emails, however when I open it, I have received no emails from the. I've checked my spam and junk, and I've also checked and made sure I have enough space to receive emails.

    Hi @Harley Tinmurth

I’m sorry you’re not receiving the verification email, especially after already checking your Junk/Spam folders and confirming that your mailbox has enough storage.

Please sign in to Outlook on the web and search all folders using the platform name, sender address, or terms such as “verification” and “code.” Also, check Settings > Mail > Rules to make sure no rule is moving, forwarding, or deleting these messages. Under Settings > Mail > Junk email, confirm that the sender or domain is not blocked, then add the verified sender address or domain to Safe senders and domains.

After that, request one new verification code. If it still does not arrive, please contact the support team for the separate platform and ask them to confirm the destination email address and whether their sending system received a bounce-back or SMTP rejection. Since other emails are arriving normally, they may need to check the delivery logs on their side.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
