Hi, thank you for replying, as I mentioned, I recommend that you resubmit the form and provide as accurate and detailed information as possible. The more accurate information you provide, the higher the chances of your request being successfully verified.

However, if the issue persists, you can reach out to Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following these steps:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

Type your problem in the search bar and press Enter.

Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue "Contact Support" button.

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

To recover the hacked account, kindly follow the steps below:

Method 1. Recover a Microsoft account by resetting the password:

Go to this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2273955 and follow the prompts to reset the password.

    For reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/reset-a-forgotten-microsoft-account-password-eff4f067-5042-c1a3-fe72-b04d60556c37

Method 2. If you cannot reset the password or are unable to verify the account, I recommend submitting a recovery form:

    https://account.live.com/acsr

Please complete the form and expect a reply within a couple of days.

Note: The Microsoft account recovery form is one of the last and most effective options for recovering your account when other verification methods are unavailable. To help prove that you are the owner of the account, I recommend that you provide as accurate and detailed information as possible. The more accurate information you provide, the higher the chances of your request being successfully verified.
