Edited Store Listing Cannot Be Saved – HTTP 400 BadRequest

We are unable to save changes to the Store listing in Microsoft Partner Center. The issue occurs when updating only the “What’s in this version” field.

The content entered in the “What’s in this version” field is within the 1,500-character limit.

The Partner Center UI displays: “We are unable to save listing. Please reload the page or try again later.”

I have the same issue on Sept 25th, had this for days already. Also can't remove old pictures or add new ones, or edit the "What's new" text. Store listing page seems to be completely not working.
