You can use the AI answer to cancel the one you don't want to keep.

Then use the steps below to contact billing support.

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

To request a refund for the annual charge, first cancel the subscription that was billed.

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchase.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. Follow the cancellation steps on the page.
    5. During cancellation, refund eligibility is determined automatically.

    Important details:

    • Not all cancellations result in a refund.
    • In most cases, a refund may be available within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner.
    • A refund of the most recent recurring billing charge may also be available if cancellation happens within 30 days after payment. This is limited to one time per Microsoft account, per subscription product.
    • If no refund is issued, access to Microsoft 365 usually continues until the end of the current billing period.

If the charge does not appear under the expected account, check whether a different Microsoft account was used for the annual subscription. If the charge is not recognized, investigate it from the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard.

If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon, cancellation and refund must be handled through that seller.

If still unable to resolve it, contact Microsoft Support through Contact Support.
