I have an update that won't download and co pilot has not been able to give me a solution. I need to speak with MS support. The MS error message is in the middle of my screen and I can't delete it.

I was able to get help live from MS support. The error message was being sent by a third party and the update was not needed. Support permanently deleted the requested update.
That's what I suspected, as it's not typical Windows Update behavior.
