I don’t believe I have an active account or any renewals and subscriptions from the past but I’m being billed I was charged $9.99 for my bank account US Bank. My name is [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] and that’s a [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] for the last name and I’m with U.S. Bank the last four digits of my account is [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] and I want my money refunded. I don’t wanna be charged because I shouldn’t have any subscriptions on my current student full-time student at Cal State University Fullerton and they have Microsoft 365 for me that I use as a student so I shouldn’t be being charged for anything like that. How soon can I get my refund?

    Hi @Perfecta Arteaga

To ensure I fully understand your situation and provide the most effective assistance, I’ll need a few additional details, such as:

Could you please check the inboxes of all accounts you currently use (personal, work, or school accounts) and see whether you have received any emails related to a Microsoft subscription, renewal, invoice, or payment? If so, please share any non-sensitive details from the email (for example, the subscription name or the email domain involved, while excluding personal information).

Have you ever used any other Microsoft accounts in the past, including personal Microsoft accounts, work or school accounts, trial subscriptions, or accounts created with a different email address? Or did this charge appear completely unexpectedly?

After reviewing the billing description on your bank or card statement, could you please provide the exact merchant description shown for the $9.99 charge? This may help identify the type of Microsoft service associated with the transaction.

    An update would be appreciated.
