Have you recently installed any apps & have you tried logging to the account from other devices ?

I would suggest you refer to the below steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

1. Open the Command prompt as an administrator.
2. Type in the following command (press Enter after each one)

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
nbtstat -rr
netsh int ip reset all
netsh winsock reset

3. Restart your computer, and when it boots up, try logging to your account .
