That notification usually indicates Windows cannot load a driver for some device connected to your PC.

    1

Are you connecting some external USB device to your PC when you see that notification and is the device not working correctly, if so, what is the make and model number of that device?

    2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Find the device with the exclamation mark beside it indicating the error.

Right click that device and select Properties.

On the resulting dialog, select the Details tab.

On that tab, set the Property drop-down menu to Hardware ID's.

Right click the top item in the resulting list and select Copy.

Please paste that into your next reply.
