Hi,
I'm start unreal engine with visual studio 2019, win10,

code:
void* Handle = LoadLibrary(TEXT("VSPerf160.dll"));

output:
Exception thrown at 0x00007FFFB36A3FE9 (in UnrealEditor-Win64-Debug.exe): Microsoft C++ Exception: xSharedMemoryException at memory location 0x00000099E497D8A0.
