I can’t receive emails sent to my hotmail account. I can send messages. Is there a fix

1. Check whether your incoming emails are forwarded to another address -

If your emails are forwarded to another address, click 'Do not forward' and click Ok.

2. Check that you have enough storage space to send or receive emails.

Go to Outlook settings > Then Select Accounts > Storage.
