Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Unfortunately there is no option to directly merge or stack two separate Microsoft accounts or parallel individual subscriptions, but you can cancel the individual plan and share your Microsoft 365 Family plan with that account instead.
Go to the Microsoft Services & subscriptions page on the individual account and cancel the subscription to stop recurring billing and avoid double charges. Unused days on a personal subscription upgraded or converted to a Family plan on the same account typically convert on a pro-rata basis.
Your OneDrive files, emails, and personal data are tied to your specific Microsoft account, not the subscription, so sharing or changing plans will not delete your files.
Log into the organizer's Microsoft 365 Family account dashboard, navigate to the Sharing page, and select Share to send an email invitation to the other individual account.
Open the email invitation on the second account, click Join Now, and sign in to link the account to the Family plan while keeping personal files and login credentials completely separate.
