I am getting a 'region or other restriction' error exclusively on Amazon gift cards. My account is in good standing—I can successfully proceed with a Starbucks card redemption, meaning my location and profile are valid. Please alert the team that the Amazon reward catalog item has a broken location/stock token block.

    Since other rewards are redeeming successfully and the issue occurs specifically with the Amazon gift card, this does not appear to be a general account or location issue.

    If the Amazon gift card continues to show this error while other rewards work normally, this needs to be checked by Microsoft Rewards Support, you can contact them at this link.
