how can i install office 2024

when i hit redeem the product key i purchased it asks where im from and then what size file to download and no matter what i do its giving me and error that says that something went wrong with technical issues and i try again later and still nothing

    What is the exact product name that you purchased? Office Home 2024? Office Home & Business 2024? Or something else?

    Unfortunately, the error message you cited indicates a problem with the product and its product key.

    If someone sold you Office Professional 2024, for example, and led you to believe that you purchased a consumer (home use) product, you need to ask for your money back. These are in fact volume license versions which are only for organizations/businesses.
