"I have isolated this to my Microsoft account. The issue reproduces on multiple PCs, multiple browsers, and an iPad running Safari with no Microsoft software installed. One specific Copilot conversation remains visible in chat history but returns 'Unable to load the content'. Other conversations work normally. I need this escalated to a human support engineer because I have already ruled out device, browser, and cache issues."
