Microsoft Azure Exam Launch Issue

I had scheduled my Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals exam on 22 September 2026. Unfortunately, I was unable to attempt the exam because the OnVUE application failed to launch on my system at the scheduled exam time.

I tried multiple times to start the exam, but the application did not open, preventing me from checking in and taking the exam. As a result, I missed my scheduled appointment through no fault of my own.

I kindly request that you investigate this issue and assist me with rescheduling the exam.

My exam details are as follows:

Candidate Name: Priyanka Vaka Naga Shalini Exam: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals Exam Date: 22 September 2026

I am also attaching the error screenshot and video launching the on vue platform

Please let me know.

Thank you for assistance in advance

Microsoft Certification / Exam topics are currently not directly supported in the Q&A forums.

Maybe one of the links is helpful:

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own platform:

Please create your support request there and the Microsoft Learn/Cert staff will assist you.

Additional information related to: Certifications, Exams, Assessments and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program

    Pearson VUE Support:
