If you purchased a subscription and canceled it within a short period of time, I recommend contacting the Microsoft Billing Support team to inquire about a refund. The support team will review your subscription details and determine whether you meet the eligibility requirements for a refund.

When opening a support request, please make sure to disable the Support Assistant (AI) in the help panel first. Then enter a brief description of your issue, such as "Inquiry for subscription refund." Once the AI assistant is turned off, the Contact Support option should appear, allowing you to submit a support ticket directly to Microsoft's support team.
