Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Art Denton,
Since the Power BI upgrade was purchased directly using your corporate AMEX card, it may be a self-service subscription. Please sign in with the same work account used for the purchase and follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using the same work account that purchased the upgrade.
- Go to Billing > Your products.
- Apply the Self-service filter.
- Find the Power BI subscription, select the three dots, and choose Cancel subscription. This stops future renewals and charges.
For detailed instructions, see Manage self-service purchases and trials for users.
Canceling this subscription will not automatically assign you a Power BI Pro license through Hitachi Vantara. Please contact your internal IT or licensing administrator and ask them to assign the appropriate corporate license.
If you cannot find the subscription or the cancellation option is unavailable, contact your Microsoft 365 administrator. They can review the available billing information and, if necessary, submit a billing support request through Microsoft 365 admin center > Help & support.
Microsoft's billing support team has the appropriate tools and permissions to securely review the subscription details, billing status, and associated payment method.
Please kindly review the information above, and if anything is unclear or if you have any questions, please let me know. I'll do my best to assist further.
Thank you for taking the time.
