Unable to access MS-900 certifiation badge

Hi I am unable to access my MS-900 certification badge. I have got the below message
"Sorry, we are unable to serve you due to service interruption. Please try again after a while. If the problem persists, please Contact Support."

Its been more than 48 hours I have completed the certification, the error message remains the same. I have tried to clear browser cache,cookies as suggested in one of MS forums nothing worked.I have also tried to access the badge in different computer and got the same error message.

Please help to fix it

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
