Please help me understand why this is happening. I am paying a monthly fee for storage as far as i understand so don't know why i keep getting an error message that says I am 532% over my limit. Why?

Can someone please call me to resolve this annoyance?

To add to my confusion it seems like i have several accounts under different emails. please advise.

My main email is: ******@yahoo.com

Secondary email: ******@gmail.com

Third email (and don't know why this shows up on my personal computer): ******@ontrac.com

Please look into my emails and permanently remove anything that has not been logged into for some time. The main account should be the only one bringing in photos as well.

You need to get control of these aliases for your Microsoft accounts. Find out which one controls each account.

Change the email address for your Microsoft account

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. To better understand why OneDrive continues to report that you are over the storage limit, could you please confirm how much OneDrive storage your account currently shows as used and your total available quota? You can check this at https://onedrive.live.com and select Settings > OneDrive settings > More settings > Storage metrics. If possible, please share a screenshot of the storage information and the exact warning you are receiving, making sure to hide any personal information.

Also, please let us know whether you currently have a Microsoft 365 subscription and, if so, which plan you are using. Have you recently deleted a large number of files or emptied the OneDrive Recycle Bin, and does the same storage warning appear when you access OneDrive through a web browser? This information will help determine whether the issue is related to the actual storage usage, the account quota, or a delay in OneDrive updating the available space.
