Unable to contact support / Account compromised and primary alias changed

Hello, My Microsoft account was compromised, and the attacker completely removed my original email address (changed primary alias). I migrated my Minecraft account to this Microsoft account previously.

Currently, I am unable to contact Microsoft Support directly through the standard Contact Us options (it keeps redirecting or failing).

I do not have the original transaction ID because the game was bought via a physical gift card 5 years ago, but I know my original email, former Gamertags/Minecraft usernames, and previous passwords.

Could a moderator please guide me on how to reach the Account Compromise / Recovery team directly when the support system is blocked?

There is no such Support Team. Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. Microsoft Support Agents can not unlock an account, reset your password, or change any Security Settings no matter what documentation you can present.

I know my original email, former Gamertags/Minecraft usernames, and previous passwords

You can try the Xbox Account Recovery Form
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/recover-your-microsoft-account

Or the Microsoft Account Recovery Process
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

But if the hackers have reset your account info/security settings and have enabled Two Step Verification, the account is lost and can not be recovered.

I am sorry. I know that losing access to your account is more than just an inconvenience, it can cause real hardships. I wish I could give you another answer.

The supported path is to use the official sign-in helper or Contact Support flow from another Microsoft account that is still accessible.

    1. Start with the hacked-account recovery page and use the sign-in helper tool. It asks for the email address or phone number and either shows self-help steps or offers the chance to talk to an agent.
    2. If the account is still recognized, first clear the PC of malware before changing the password:
      • Open Windows Security
      • Go to Virus and threat protection
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now
    3. If sign-in is possible, change the password. If not, use Recover your account and enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in. If the original email is no longer recognized, try another alias or phone number previously added to the account.
    4. If the standard Contact Us flow is failing, use Contact Microsoft Support from another accessible Microsoft account, enter the problem, select Get Help, then Contact Support.
    5. For a compromised account where the primary alias was changed, the available guidance is to explain that the original sign-in email is no longer recognized and that the alias and security information were changed without permission.
    6. Support agents cannot send password reset links or access and change account details.

Useful details to have ready when reaching support are the original email address, previous passwords, former Gamertags or Minecraft usernames, and approximate compromise timing. Do not post passwords or security codes publicly.
