I am blocked out of my services because my card on file was not charged this month. It's the same card from last month that was charged and I need to use my services beyond ASAP. Can you please help me with this as soon as you possibly can?

    Hello Messenger111 Julie Akers

I’m sorry that you have lost access to your services because the subscription payment was not processed.

Please sign in to Services & subscriptions using the Microsoft account connected to your Microsoft 365 subscription:

    Open Services & subscriptions

Locate the past-due subscription and select Pay now. Check that the card number, expiration date, billing address, and available funds are correct. If necessary, update the card or add another payment method, then submit the payment again.

If the card is still declined, please contact your bank and ask whether recurring or online payments to Microsoft are being blocked or require additional verification.

If you remain unable to pay or restore the subscription, you can contact Microsoft Support for further assistance:

    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope Microsoft Support can help you restore access promptly.

    Have a nice day.

    Hi,

If your card was charged successfully last month but the payment failed this month, please first check your payment method and billing status in your Microsoft account.

You can go to account.microsoft.com/services and check whether your subscription shows a payment issue or requires an updated payment method. You can also go to Payment & billing to review the recent transaction.

If the card details are still correct, check with your bank or card provider to make sure the transaction wasn't declined or blocked.

If the payment method is valid but your services are still blocked, Microsoft Support can review the subscription and billing status for your account.
