I just installed Windows 11. I tried to lower my brightness, and although my brightness was all the way off, it was still too bright. I was exploring settings and i think i found the problem and that is dynamic lightning. There it says that my brightness is high and i can't change it. I don't have any devices that are compatible with dynamic lightning and i can't access brightness setting in there.
