When i try to use outlook online and i need to search and then add filters, the filter options drop behind the main screen and I cant see/access/filter anything.

Note: the search itself works, its accessing the filters that doesn't work.

    Hi @FWF

I understand that search works in Outlook on the web, but the filter panel opens behind the main screen and cannot be accessed.

Please try resetting the browser zoom to 100% by pressing Ctrl + 0, maximizing the browser window, and refreshing the page. You can also test Outlook in an InPrivate or Incognito window, or use another browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

As a temporary workaround, you can enter search criteria directly in the search box, such as from:sender@example.com, subject:keyword, or hasattachments:yes. Microsoft’s guidance confirms that Outlook supports filters and search operators to refine results.

If the filter panel is still hidden when using different browsers, please let me know.
