Last update to Windows 11 seems to have created a problem with the display responsiveness using the mouse. The toolbar becomes unresponsive and won't allow selection. Hae tried driver update, have tried task manage showing suspended system. While in Task Manager Windows Shell Experience Host and ended task. The problem persists.

    Hi, good day!

To help narrow down the cause

When did this start, and did it begin immediately after a Windows 11 update?

Does the mouse become unresponsive only on the taskbar, or does it also happen in File Explorer and other applications?

What is the KB number of the latest Windows update under Settings > Windows Update > Update history?

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response.

Please try to restart Windows Explorer via Task Manager

Open Task Manager, find Windows Explorer in the list

Right click it then select Restart

Please check if this fixes the issue

I look forward to your update and am willing to collaborate with you until we resolve the issue. Keep me posted by clicking "Add comment" below.
