Business verification pending more than 5 business days after document resubmission

Our publisher account's Business Verification has been stuck for more than 5 business days. We resubmitted domain ownership documents on September 16, 2026. The Resolve panel only shows "Document submitted successfully. Microsoft should review within 5 days" with no further updates.

Verification step: Business Verification Status shown: Pending Partner Action

Could someone please check the review status or escalate to the verification team?

• Verification Status: Rejected
• Business Verification: ❌ — "Pending Partner Action", estimated date was 2026/9/23 (already passed)
• Business verification document: Provided
• Document resubmitted: September 16, 2026 — the Resolve panel confirms "Document submitted successfully. Microsoft should review within 5 days."
• First three steps completed: Verification Started ✔ / Email Verification ✔ / Employment Verification ✔

It's now 10+ business days since resubmission, well past both the 5-day review window and the estimated completion date of 2026/9/23, with no review outcome and no request for additional information.

Could someone please:

1. Check the review queue for our Business Verification, or
2. Advise what specific action is expected from us under "Pending Partner Action" — we want to resolve this before the submission attempts are exhausted (3 max).

Hi team, following up on this — it's now been over 10 business days since document submission and our Business Verification is still pending. Could someone please take a look or advise on next steps? This is blocking our partner account. Thanks!
