I cannot find the app in microsoft store

Please provide some more detail on this problem, do you have a laptop with Bang & Olufsen audio or are you trying to connect to an external Bang & Olufsen device?

If your laptop came with Bang & Olufsen audio, then to get the app, you need to go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, they should provide the OEM app to download form there.

If the app does not appear in Microsoft Store, these are the supported checks:

1. Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
   • Press Windows key + R.
   • Type wsreset.exe and select OK.
   • A blank Command Prompt window opens, then closes after about 10 seconds, and Microsoft Store opens automatically.
   • Search for the app again.
2. Restart the PC if Windows was recently updated.
   • Microsoft Store app installs can be blocked until the device is restarted after updates.
3. Check whether the app is available in the current country or region.
   • Some apps are not available worldwide.
4. Check whether family settings are hiding the app.
   • Family Safety settings can prevent some apps from appearing or being installed.
   • Also confirm the correct Microsoft account is signed in.
5. Check whether the app is compatible with the device.
   • Microsoft Store can hide or block apps that are not compatible with the PC.
6. Check whether the app is still offered in Microsoft Store.
   • Some apps are removed from the Store and may only be available from the publisher directly.
7. Make sure the PC is authorized for Microsoft Store apps.
   • Sign in to Microsoft Store with the Microsoft account used for purchases or downloads.
