    Hi anonymous userKumar-7662 ,

are you getting the error while setting up Azure AD Connect? Or did Azure AD Connect ran before without issues and now you get this error message?

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue...
I have a secondary Azure AD Connect server that I am in the process of setting up, but the setup fails at the final stage... "unable to create the synchronization service account for azure active directory"...

If the error shows up during the configuration of AD Connect please verify the prerequisites first: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-install-prerequisites

I am aware of this issue at different environments because of issues with the Azure Global Administrator account in Azure AD. Never had problems using an "Azure AD only account" for setup.

Also please check the log file mentioned in the Setup Wizard.
