Reschedule the exam through the Microsoft Learn profile:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Select Profile from the photo avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
4. Find the scheduled exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule.
6. Complete the change on the exam delivery provider’s site after the redirect.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time, or the exam fee may be forfeited.
• If a company-purchased voucher was used, the voucher may be forfeited if the appointment is not changed in time.
• From the Learn profile, it is also possible to cancel the appointment or start a scheduled online exam.
• If the appointment cannot be found in the Learn profile, rescheduling can also be done through the certification dashboard or by contacting Pearson VUE Support.
