How do I hide attendee list so no visibility of other attendees to rest of the group? I went to Response Options as recommended but it is not an option there.

    Hello

Are you on a personal Microsoft account? If so, this feature is not applicable to you. It is for commercial account (aka Work/School accounts).

    There are two supported cases:

    • New Outlook for Windows / Outlook on the web: hiding the attendee list is available when creating or editing a meeting under Response options > Hide attendee list. Each attendee then sees only the organizer and themselves.
    • Classic Outlook for Windows: this option is not available.

If Response options does not show Hide attendee list, that indicates the meeting is being edited in a client that does not support it, or the meeting is not being created in new Outlook for Windows or Outlook on the web.

    Also note:

    • Changing Hide attendee list is treated as a meeting update.
    • If the meeting was created by someone using Microsoft 365, only attendees in the same tenant who are using Microsoft 365 can see responses to the meeting invitation. External users cannot see responses.
