I’m the owner of an active Microsoft 365 Family subscription and I’m using Microsoft Teams with my personal Microsoft account (same account as the subscription owner). My Teams client is fully up to date (version 26246.1604.5133.838 – Teams Insider), but Copilot features do not appear anywhere in Teams (no Copilot button in chats, meetings, or the side rail).

I understand that Copilot in Teams is included for Microsoft 365 Family owners, so I’d like help verifying my Copilot entitlement and checking if there is an account, region, or configuration issue preventing Copilot from appearing.

    Hello

Copilot is available to Microsoft 365 Family plan owner.

How long ago did you sign up for this subscription? Has it been 48 hours yet?

Is it on the web version https://teams.microsoft.com/v2?

Copilot feature can be restricted in certain region/country. Where are you located?
