Speaking to Microsoft Support Human (not AI helper) regarding old email account

Hi I think I may have an active Microsoft 365 personal subscription on an old company email I no longer have access to. All I want is to confirm if it is active and if I am getting billed for it and look at how it can be cancelled.

To confirm whether the subscription is active and whether billing is still occurring, the supported path is:

    1. Go to the Microsoft subscriptions/services page and try signing in with the same Microsoft personal account that originally purchased the Microsoft 365 subscription: Sign in.
    2. If the subscription appears there, select Cancel subscription or Upgrade or Cancel.
    3. If the page shows Turn on recurring billing instead, the subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and no further action is required.

If access to the old account is no longer available, Microsoft support can help route the issue, but support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details directly. The available support options are:

    • Use the sign-in helper if the issue is account access related: Start sign-in helper
    • Use Microsoft support to describe the billing/subscription problem and reach the appropriate support option, which may include chat or a call request: Get Help on the web

If the subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon, cancellation and billing management must be handled with that seller directly.
